A few things you’ll receive as part of any Home Joy Studio package:
An in-person consult or an email exchange to discuss project goals and scope, obtain pertinent measurements and current-state photos and to understand your inspiration…show me those Pinterest boards!
An estimate, to be agreed upon prior to moving ahead with the project. The estimate will be based on the specific design services/outputs that best suit your project goals. Projects may range from 5 - 35+ hours, with most falling in the 15-25 hour range. Hourly rate is $95.
Next, we customize!
The customized design package is a set of design recommendations which will arm you with the necessary information, ideas, and images to guide you as you refresh your space. Your customized design package will include a combination of the following items.
mood board
A visual representation of design concepts and recommendations followed by a brief description as to why these particular items were curated for your space, how they work together, how they enhance the aesthetics and/or function of the space, etc.

Spreadsheet with links, descriptions, quantities, and pricing of suggested items so you can make purchases on your own timeline
3D DRAWINGS
Drawings of your space that may depict new furniture arrangements, wall features, colors, styling, or decor
space plan
Top-view drawing of your space showing new furniture placement
Paint Color Selection
Guidance on paint color selection - walls, cabinets, etc.
Styling Guidance
Recommendations for placement of decor, appropriate hanging heights for art, gallery wall design, shelf styling, etc.
Local Shopping Assistance
Together we can select or review options for flooring, furniture, counters, tile, etc.
